When you schedule a tour or submit an inquiry through our booking partner, VenueNest, you provide contact details such as your name, email, phone number, wedding date, and guest count. That information is used to respond to your inquiry and plan your event — it is not sold to third parties.
Like most websites, we also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, general location, device type) through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and advertising performance data through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) if you arrive via one of our ads. This helps us understand which pages and ads are useful to couples planning a wedding.
Tour scheduling and inquiry forms are hosted by VenueNest, our venue management platform — their own privacy policy governs how that form data is stored. Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google and Meta under their respective privacy policies.
