A 25% nonrefundable retainer and a signed agreement. Interest-free payment plans are available, or pay your total in full upfront for 5% off. Access starts 7–9 AM depending on package. Music and guest departure by 11 PM unless you book an extra hour.
No. Lakeside Manor is $1,600 per night and sleeps 20.
No. Abram Farms holds a 3-way beer, wine, and liquor license. All bar service is booked through us. Couples may order suite-day drinks through Abram.
About 20 minutes from Bloomington and 1 hour from downtown Indianapolis. Canyon Inn at McCormick's Creek is about 0.4 miles away.
